About this Class

Mindful Flow is a grounding, all-levels hatha practice that blends inner awareness with core strength, flexibility, and balance. You’ll begin with centering breathwork, then move through aligned, breath-synchronized poses and gentle flowing sequences. Class winds down with calming stretches and a restful relaxation to dissolve tension and restore ease. Please bring a mat and wear comfortable clothing for mindful movement and deep breathing.
