Breathe Deep

Our breath is our vitality. To breathe fully is to live fully. As young children, we breathe with our entire bodies. Our body receives all the oxygen it needs to function optimally. We generally lose this natural breathing pattern as we become adults due to stress, stimulants, chemicals and other modern lifestyles affecting our breathing in a negative way. The good news is that although our breathing is automatic, it can also be consciously controlled by our will.
