About this Class

Experience this ancient Chinese meditation in motion. Balance and activate your qi (energy). Turn on the healing elixir within: your own internal, preventative medicine. Through deep breathing, gentle movement, and present, positive awareness, your body responds by moving into a higher energetic brain frequency, turning on the propulsion of immune cells by the lymphatic system, widening the blood vessels on your relaxed exhales, and generating nutrient rich oxygen blood flow on your long slow deep inhales. Please wear loose, comfortable clothes. There is no need to bring a mat, however, we are on our feet for 45 minutes and if a mat allows you to feel more comfortable, please feel free to bring one. Elevate your vibration and go with the flow. Feel the unity of all life. Leave each class with a greater overall sense of well-being. We will meet at the red shed in West Reading Park to the left of the baseball field/track from May to September when the weather is nice and be at the studio on days when the weather is inclement.
