Thursdays: You Can Heal Your Life Group 10 am

Third Thursdays: Backyard Yoga 6 pm (in fair weather)

Fridays: Qigong in WR Park 9:30 am (at studio in poor weather)

Third Fridays: Partner Yoga 6pm

Saturdays: Yoga in WR Park 9 am rain or shine

4th Sundays:  Breathwork 3-5 pm - Next Class-June 23rd

Special Event:

Open Mic Night-Friday, June 7th from 6-8pm
