About this Class
This unique yoga class combines hatha yoga and qigong flows with deep release poses. Experience this delightful start to your day from the comfort of your own home. Begin by stretching the stiffness of sleep from your body with energizing fluid movements. End by bringing deep calm to the mind and body in held and supported poses. Take this practice off your mat and into your day with an enhanced feeling of overall well-being. Set up your space to practice. You'll need a yoga mat, a folded blanket or bolster, and a yoga strap or belt. (Yoga blocks are optional.) Wear comfortable clothes for easy movement and deep breathing. You may wish to light a candle or incense, create a small altar, or place a few drops of essential oil on your wrist to create sacred space for your practice. You will receive an email zoom link to sign onto your yoga class.
