About this Class

A hatha yoga class that focuses on inner awareness, core strength, flexibility, and balance. This class is perfect for reducing stress while enhancing your overall well-being. We'll start with guided breathing exercises, followed by poses that synchronize with your breath. Explore standing poses and flowing sequences while keeping mindful alignment. Wind down with calming poses to release tension and find serenity. Finish with a peaceful relaxation. Tuesday's class is at 315 North Wyomissing Ave, Shillington 19607 in Lisa's backyard (in her home studio if it rains). Wednesday's class is at The Nest Collaborative Wellness Studio. Saturday's class is in the West Reading Park under the trees by the playground (under the pavilion if it rains). There is no registration for Saturday's class. Nest teachers rotate teaching this class. Please bring $10 cash. Bring a mat and wear comfortable clothes for easy movement and deep breathing.
